  • No accessories are refundable - including jewelry, shoes, and bags.
  • Before you return the product you have to contact us to get it accepted, either through our website form "Contact" or through our e-mail shopcoppedvintage@gmail.com

    Du har alltid rätt att ångra din vara/varor och begära en retur inom 14 dagar efter att du mottagit din vara. Ångerrätten gäller alla varor förutom ovanstående som t.ex. accessoarer, samt varor med nedsänkt pris. Det som du returnerar måste vara i samma skick när den skickas tillbaka som när du tog emot den av oss, oanvänd och med taggar kvar. 

  • Det enklaste sättet att nyttja din ångerrätt är att kontakta oss via kontaktformuläret i vår webbsida, alternativt skicka ett mail till oss på shopcoppedvintage@gmail.com.

    Vänligen ange ditt ordernummer samt en förklaring för din retur.

     

     

    Observera att det är du som kund som står för returkostnaden och har ansvaret för att din retur kommer tillbaka till oss. Tänk därför på att alltid spara inlämningskvittot när du returnerar en vara.

    Paketet returneras till avsändaradressen som står på ditt paket.

  • Så fort vi har mottagit och granskat din retur kommer vi kontakta dig, samt låta dig veta om returen godkänts eller ej. Om den godkänts kommer du automatiskt att få återbetalningen inom 5-10 arbetsdagar till samma betalsätt som användes vid betalning.

Returns and refunds (international)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund 


You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you received it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and with the original tags. 


To issue a refund, please contact us through our Contact form on our website or through or e-mail shopcoppedvintage@gmail.com. If you choose to cancel or exchange your purchase, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

 

Outside EU: If you are a resident outside EU: You must buy a return label yourself at a post office or packet shop in your area. It is very important that the package is send directly to our address.

Please note that it is you as the customer who is responsible for the return costs and your return coming back to us. Therefore, be sure to always save the receipt when you return an item.


The package should be sent to the shipper adress stated on the package.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at shopcoppedvintage@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
